Well, Amateur Queen Book II is fully underway with Book III in the developmental stages. As I am now working on Chapter 3 of Book II I am very pleased with all that is happening in the storyline. If I only had a few more hours in the day to myself I could probably hammer out this thing out! I know where it's going and what's going to happen. I am so excited for my readers and my characters, who are revealing their inner most secrets to me.
You know what would fun? Is if others posted pics of how they think the characters might look.
Please do so if you like and I'll take a look at them to see which I think came the closest.

The world's a scary place...
Right now, it seems as if the world is a very scary place. There is so much violence and death, even on tv. Then there is a lot of political upheval. So many global earth changes, earthquakes, volvanoes. It makes you wonder what it all means.
I recently returned from a women's retreat in Chappel Hill, TX. It was so wonderful. You can feel spirit throughout the property. The love of my fellow sisters was also something to be valued. Then to have to leave all that love and openess behind, it was very hard to come back to Corpus.
A part of me is very very sad. I miss my sisters, I miss that feeling of being open, honest, loved, and vauled for who I am.
What do you do when you come home, only to find out that it's no longer your home?
